We have very recently transferred to James at Nebulas. We had experienced a plethora of problems with the functioning of our website with our previous provider. Sadly, after repeated e-mail exchanges, telephone conversations and attempts at resolution, I was still 'in the dark' and our Family Business without a working Website. James gave me a quick response from the start, has been patient with my technical ignorance and has kept me informed of all processes involved to transfer our site.
